The crime of sexual gratification occurs
when a person commits an act of sexual gratification in public involving
the sex organ of one person and the mouth or anus of another person or
animal, or the sex organ of an animal and the sex organ, mouth, or anus
of a person. Sexual gratification does not include breast-feeding mothers.
Sexual gratification is a Class A misdemeanor.
