CCAP (pronounced see-cap) is website access to the Wisconsian Circuit Court Clerks of Courts information. The Clerks of Courts publish database information regarding cases being heard in the courts for which they are a clerk. That information includes criminal and non-criminal cases, names, home addresses, date of birth, criminal charges, and court activities such as court appearances, trials and dispositions including fines, jail or prison sentences, and release dates.
